How does the free trial work?
You create your space without a credit card and follow a first wedding with the Pro plan features. The trial has no end date: it covers one wedding. To follow more, you pick a plan.
Do my couples need a NUPLY account?
For you to work in their space, yes. You invite them by email from your space, they join NUPLY and choose the modules they open to you. They can revoke access at any time.
Can I add my own vendors?
Yes. Your address book mixes vendors registered on NUPLY and the external partners you add yourself. You recommend them to your couples from the same address book.
How do my clients pay my invoices?
Directly to you, by bank transfer or cheque. You record the payments received and track the deposits and balances of each wedding from your space.
Can I work with my team?
Yes, from the Pro plan: up to 3 assistants on Pro and 10 on Agency. You choose, section by section, what each assistant can access.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. Without commitment, the subscription can be cancelled at any time. With a 3, 6 or 12-month commitment, it can be cancelled at each renewal date.
