How much does Nuply cost for a vendor?
Nothing until 31 December 2026: every feature is open during the launch offer. After that, the Discovery plan stays free, and the Pro and Expert plans add the management tools. Details are on the Pricing page.
Does Nuply take a commission?
No. Nuply takes no commission on your services, whatever your plan. Only Stripe payment fees apply.
How do couples find me?
Through the directory, where your profile appears by trade, city and culture, and through matching, which ranks vendors on the couple's culture and budget first, then on area and experience. A couple can also write to you directly from your profile.
When do I get paid?
The deposit is requested as soon as the couple signs your quote. It is paid out as soon as the couple confirms, or automatically 7 days after the service. Exception: for trades that buy ahead (caterers, florists...), the deposit is paid out 2 days after payment, and the couple is told before paying. The balance is requested 10 days before the wedding and paid out 7 days after, unless the couple opens a dispute. Payments go through Stripe: just connect your account from your settings.
Do I need reviews already?
No. Reviews do not count in the matching ranking, and new vendors get a boost when they join.
Does my plan change my ranking?
No. Matching ignores your plan entirely: it ranks vendors on what the couple is looking for.
